Good post KIAEddZ.
and i have possible solution for ccp that doesnt ruin CCP¦s "customer care". its quite simple:
1. remove ctrl+q shortcut
2. code "logoff timer" that is 5 minutes, so when u press esc-->> quit -->> game askes you "are you sure" -->> press ok -->> nice female voice tells you "5 minutes to log out" -->> wait 5 minutes and you can logoff.
3. ship doesnt warp away if in bubble and you logoff.
4. if crash occur ship warps but not if in bubble (or ppl try to evade the logoff counter and force eve quit with taskmanager) your ship will stay in space 30 minutes.
negative side with this method is some ppl might have ctd issues with eve but i really much believe that ppl who has ctd issues would accept this kind of method for game being playable.
positive side would be that method wouldnt be too hard to code either (or am i wrong here ? )
tell me what you think.
EDIT: i started to read the thread more carefully and putukas basicly said allready what im suggesting here.

someone said somewhere that its like CCP are playing different game these days. i have to agree with that, Kali is nice but ultimately not what majority of players really want (except WCS nerf and standings in local).
EVE aint the nice sadbox that it was 2 years ago, now its more like common multiplayer game where everyone just pursues his own wallet and
K/D ratio, the problem aint only player base the problem is also that CCP has too much in their hands and they have forgotten why EVE is/was good game.
Its like mother (CCP) that has taken 3 jobs and doesnt have time anymore to listen what her child (eve players) has to say.
result: child suffers first, after certain time child says FU and leaves resulting mother to suffer.
(i hope my "not so good english" doesnt prevent ppl understanding what i wrote)

I did it not 5, 9 times, learn how to count first before writing.
i did not say anything about implants and fyi i didnt count how many times u logged coz i wasnt in that gate all the time (i was busy checking the other gates). sry if i used incorrect number there and it matters to you so much.

yes it was fun fight.
BTW: my purpose was in no point to smack anyone, and still after that battle in DG- i would say that nync deserves my respect as an opponent,
tho i was "little" dissapointed that i didnt get change to pod you.

for those wondering what CCP can do about this issue jump to page 3 and read my first post on that page.
yes the solution is harhs yes the solution will not please everyone, but its solution for this problem imo, someone might/will figure out how to avoid those things and do the logoffski but at least CCP should do it as hard as possible to keep this game together.
